Company shall determine whether weather conditions are safe. If conditions are deemed unsafe for cruising, the Event may proceed dockside as the primary alternative. If Company determines that conditions are also unsafe for dockside operations, Company reserves the right to substitute a comparable vessel, if available. If Company is unable to safely conduct the Event dockside or provide a substitute vessel, Company will issue a rescheduling credit for a future booking in the amount of payments received, less any costs for food, beverage, or other services that have been ordered, prepared, or are otherwise non-refundable.
